Unprocessed Raw figures and facts are called data. For example :- a name ( Ram ) , marks (85%) and year 2021 etc.
4. Information
Information is organised or classified data which have some meaningful values for the receiver. it is the process data on which decisions and actions are based the above data can be converted into an information as - Ram passed in 2021 with 85% marks.
